11/5: SEBASTOPOL VOTER COUNT UPDATE. Interesting information shared by awesome journalistic reporter Laura Hagar: She is now being told that...

...the numbers reported for the City Council race include 4557 of the 5659 registered voters in the City of Sebastopol. That leaves a maximum of 1102 voters yet to be included, and that's assuming that we have 100% voter turnout. That would be nice, but not likely. The voter turnout in 2016 was 89.1%. Hmmm.... feels like a math question. Maybe I can tackle this after a good night's sleep (I admit I got very little sleep last night - too much presidential election angst!).
