11/13: UPDATED VOTER NUMBERS. RESULTS STILL GOOD.

This was posted tonight at about 5pm. It represents 5166 ballots, which is a 91.76% voter turnout for Sebastopol. Wow! Is there a possibility that more ballots will trickle in? Yes...but not many. Friday of next week (November 20th) the Registrar stops accepting any more ballots. I would bet we'll get a very-close-to-final count by Monday the 24th of November. Soon we'll be able to call it final!!
